Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and kerbside pickup is available for all products. Pickups are available Monday to Friday 9:00 > 16:00. All pickups must be scheduled with the Brass Monkey® team in advance.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Should the bath be collected in-store by yourself or a third party courier, we would recommend a crate to keep the product safe. This can be added on to the order by contacting a member of our sales team here.

UK - Kerbside Shipping - £150

We offer Kerbside delivery of all our ice bath/plunge products within the UK at a cost of £150. This means we will leave your ice bath in a safe place outside of your property on a pallet. For our bigger products, we'd recommend lifting straps and four strong friends or a specialist removals firm to move it into position. You can use the Brass Monkey app to guide you through the setup of your Brass Monkey.

For Ice Baths or Barrels

UK Standard Delivery - £595 - Included in this price is the delivery of the product, and positioning of your Brass Monkey. We will then remove all the packaging, setup your Brass Monkey and walk you through the key aspects of the product. Prior to delivery, we will send an email with key questions in to ensure that it is possible for us to safely deliver your Brass Monkey. If it isn't we will be in touch about your options. 

EU Delivery - shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase, alternatively please get in touch with one of our sales team who will be happy to work with you to find a cost-effective way to get your Brass Monkey Ice Bath to you. The shipping cost includes us palleting & crating the bath or chiller to protect it during transit. It does not include local taxes and duties charged when the product arrives at customs. Our delivery partner DHL will be in touch as the product leaves our workshop.

For Accessories & Apparel

Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of purchase. 

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 90 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms. 


Outside the UK & EU

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. In the event that custom taxes and duties go unpaid; any associated fees passed to Brass Monkey will be billed to the customer, this is inclusive of any associated return delivery costs/fees.


Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

All International orders are subject to local taxes and duties for which Brass Monkey cannot be held responsible.

All International orders are subject to customs inspections outside of Brass Monkeys' control.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
